Fresh/drinking water pipe stands are provided around the main field and adjacent to the buildings.

Garner’s Field is hired out only to recognised youth organisations.
If you have any doubt please contact the Campsite Booking Manager (GarnersField@farnhamscouting.org.uk) first, before making a booking request.

We do not offer instructors or volunteers for any activities.

Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking value.

Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received, if this is not received within 2 weeks, your booking will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to charge for cancellations not informed in a timely manner.

If you wish to have sole occupancy  of the site you must book for at least 180 participants and book the Camping Entire Site option.

Please ensure you have booked realistic numbers, we reserve the right to charge you for your initial numbers if an update is not given at least one month prior to the camp and an accurate update within one week of the camp taking place. 

Any access codes that are needed will be communicated nearer your booking as these periodically change.

Full payment is due no later than 2 weeks after the camp based on final numbers invoice.
